Incorpora Labour Inclusion Programme of "La Caixa"(Barcelona)
The Incorpora Labour Inclusion Programme is managed by Fundación Salud y Comunidad in collaboration with the “la Caixa” Incorpora Programme. It is a job brokerage programme that aims to ensure the successful labour integration of people at risk of exclusion or in a situation of social vulnerability, through direct relationships with the business community.
This programme is based on networking between social organisations in the area and the labour market to promote the entry into the world of work of people who find it difficult to access it: people involved with the criminal justice system (reincorpora as a specific programme for people deprived of liberty), people over 45, young people, the long-term unemployed, people of foreign origin, people with drug-use-related difficulties, people with a mental health diagnosis, people with disabilities, etc.
We offer personalised support to:
- The PARTICIPANTS , through the design of personalised inclusion pathways in which we take into account all the social and personal variables that may be affecting the person’s social inclusion process, promoting the development of technical and transversal skills that can increase the employment opportunities of everyone taking part in the programme, before, during and after recruitment.
- The COMPANIES , to build alliances with the business community that foster collaborative synergies aimed at the goal of labour inclusion.
Our relationship with companies is based on trust, in order to ensure their loyalty to the Incorpora programme, supporting them on an individual basis in defining competency profiles for job positions; managing the publication of job offers; brokering participants’ applications; collaborating in recruitment processes; post-placement follow-up; and advice on hiring rebates and incentives.
Through the programmes Incorpora and reincorpora, in collaboration with member organisations, we increase opportunities to access the world of work as a step prior to social integration, promoting the involvement of the business community in the development of Corporate Social Responsibility.
