Your donation really costs you

Estimate based on Spain's Patronage Law 49/2002 (common tax territory, deductions in force since 2024). The deduction base cannot exceed 10% of your taxable income for personal income tax, or 15% of the tax base for corporate income tax. The Basque Country and Navarre apply their own regional rules, and some autonomous communities add their own deductions. For specific cases, please consult a tax adviser.
