Residential Home and Day Centre“Els Arcs”

Els Arcs is a centre for people over 65, managed by FSC since October 2004 under the supervision of the Secretaria d’Inclusió Social i de Promoció de l’Autonomia Personal (SISPAP) of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Its main objective is to provide comprehensive care to older people with varying degrees of physical and mental dependency. It is located in Figueres (Girona) and, in both the Residential Home and the Day Centre, it offers the following services and benefits:

• Rehabilitation activities
• Leisure and festive activities
• Social and psychological care
• Podiatry service
• Hairdressing service, etc.

Significant figures illustrating the quality of care at this centre include a score of 100% in the evaluation of the FAD (Fundación Avedis Donabedian) indicators, while the satisfaction level of the people cared for has been around 95 out of 100.
