Training, support and promotion programmes for social and labour inclusion in the Region of Murcia

Fundación Salud y Comunidad (FSC) promotes and manages a range of training, support and promotion programmes for social and labour inclusion in the Region of Murcia, aimed at people at risk of social exclusion, unemployed people and especially people in vulnerable situations, in order to improve their employability and therefore their quality of life.

Below are FSC’s programmes in the area of social and labour inclusion in the Region of Murcia:

Cualifica-T – Training programme for obtaining professional certificates

A continuing training programme funded by the Servicio de Empleo y Formación (SEF) through the Consejería de Educación, Formación Profesional y Empleo. It focuses on obtaining professional certificates by completing the appropriate training modules and other complementary actions.

The activities take place at our accredited training centre in the offices of Fundación Salud y Comunidad (FSC) in the city of Murcia and are aimed at participants from any municipality in the Region of Murcia.

Cualifica-II –  Training specialities for employment

A continuing training programme funded by the Servicio de Empleo y Formación (SEF) through the Consejería de Educación, Formación Profesional y Empleo, for obtaining certifications from the Catalogue of Training Specialities within the framework of the vocational training for employment system in the workplace.

The activities take place at our accredited training centre in FSC’s offices in the city of Murcia, and are aimed at participants from any municipality in the Region of Murcia

Digitaliza-T –“Pills”: digital skills training

Project funded by the Consejería de Política Social, Familias e Igualdad through the Dirección General de Servicios Sociales, tercer Sector y Gestión de la Diversidad, from the 0.7% personal income tax (IRPF) allocation.

DIGITALIZA-T is a programme consisting of short training sessions called “Pills”, lasting no more than three hours, covering digital content that brings us closer to new technologies and makes our everyday lives easier. It begins with a basic pill to assess the participants’ skills, after which the pills requested by each of them are offered. The service consists of 8 pills, including the so-called “à la carte pill”, in which a training session is designed with specific content not covered by any of the others. They are mainly delivered in groups of up to 5 members. We would highlight the Clave PIN and Digital Certificate pill as one of the most requested, as it improves participants’ relations and communication with the Public Administration.

SAP – Personalised Care Service for the long-term unemployed

Services aimed exclusively at people registered at the employment offices of the city of Murcia. They are designed as support services for long-term unemployed people, consisting of employment and career information, activation, job search and guidance, as well as active support for job placement. The Personalised Care Services are structured through individual and personalised employment pathways. This programme is funded by the Servicio de Empleo y Formación (SEF) through the Consejería de Educación, Formación Profesional y Empleo.

The action is aimed at people who meet the following profile:

  • Being registered with the job bank of the employment service in the Region of Murcia (SEF).
  • Being long-term unemployed.
  • Being aged between 30 and 55.
  • Having applied for a personal employment agreement and showing an appropriate level of commitment, motivation being one of the key variables for making the most of the actions.
  • These criteria are considered priorities but not exclusive, so people outside the age range described, or who have not initially applied for a personal employment agreement but do so once the support has begun, may also take part in the programme.

Re-Inicia para el Empleo – Guidance and training actions for people with particular difficulties in accessing the labour market

The Re-Inicia para el Empleo de Murcia project seeks to improve employability in the region of Murcia; its general objective is to improve the employability of people in or at risk of social exclusion, carrying out actions through different processes and levels of personalised and group intervention.

Among other actions, the Personalised Employment Activation Pathway (IPAE) is drawn up jointly with each participant, setting out the actions to be taken to improve their employability or, failing that, if this has not been achieved by the end of the programme, to have sufficient tools to continue proactively looking for work on their own until they find and keep a job.

This project was launched with EU Next Generation funds, in collaboration with the Servicio de Empleo y Formación (SEF) of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. The project was implemented in 2023, achieving a 52% job placement rate out of a total of 25 participants aged over 45.
