Relaciónate Social Club: support in mental health and addictive behaviours (Barcelona Metropolitan Area)

Support and accompaniment programme in  mental health and addictive behaviours . The service supports the process of rebuilding social ties through  leisure , free-time management and  community participation .   

We see the club as a point of reference and a  meeting place , a space created on the basis of the  needs and demands  of the participants.   

We offer  group  and individual support from Monday to Saturday.   

Both self-management  and participation are key aspects of the working methodology, and are encouraged through involvement in committees, outreach groups,  assemblies , etc. The group’s demands and proposals are incorporated into the activities  programme, making possible an openness to new interests .  

Active substance use is  not  an exclusion criterion. 

The “Relaciona’t” Social Club is a service included in the  Specialised Social Services   portfolio of the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
