Post-Prison Inclusion Flat(Barcelona) [Finalizado julio 2025]

The Post-Prison Inclusion Flat is a residential social inclusion resource subsidised by the Department of Justice of the Generalitat de Catalunya, aimed at people who have some kind of substance and/or behavioural addiction and who come from the criminal justice system.

The service provides a comprehensive reintegration pathway for the people it supports through therapeutic and socio-educational intervention, accompanying them in the process of building autonomy and developing new life projects.

We offer a flexible programme that responds to the needs and particular circumstances of the people we support, with different treatment modalities.

The programme facilitates the transition from a penitentiary centre to a community setting, bringing the person closer to the community network and supporting their adaptation to the environment, with the aim of helping them set goals and objectives for developing and building new life projects. Participatory methodologies are used to promote the active contribution and involvement of the people supported in the community.
