L’H. Elecció Jove. Labour inclusion point for young peoplein L’Hospitalet de Llobregat

At Fundación Salud y Comunidad , together with the Sinergia training centre, we are launching L’H.Elecció.Jove, a social and labour inclusion programme within the framework of the call for Proyectos Singulares (Singular Projects) promoted by the Department of Business and Labour of the Generalitat de Catalunya, with funds received from the Spanish Public Employment Service (SEPE).

L’H.Elecció.Jove is a comprehensive support, training and social and labour inclusion programme for young people aged 16 to 29 who want to train and build a career in the logistics sector.

Participation requirements:

• Aged between 16 and 29
• Registered with the SOC as a jobseeker or as seeking to improve their employment
• Active commitment to the Programme
• Interest in training in logistics and acquiring new skills

What do we offer?

• Comprehensive, individualised support for 12 months to develop a professional and personal project.
• Specific professional qualification in logistics
• Skills to meet the challenges of the sector: warehouse operations management, process optimisation and use of new technologies
• Visits to production environments and job placement activities with partner companies.
• Job opportunities through collaboration with leading companies in the sector.

About the specialised technical training:

• Course in Basic Warehouse Logistics Activities
• 2 intensive months, between April and May 2025
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, mornings.
• Training centre location: Barcelona (Eixample Izquierdo – near Entença metro station)
