Community Housing“Intxaurrondo”

It is a supervised centre, owned by the Donostia City Council, with 16 apartments for independent people over 65 years of age.

Specifically, the building also has 16 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a full bathroom and/or toilet, and a terrace.

The following services are offered:

• Social care
• Autonomy support service
• Cleaning
• Laundry
• Board and lodging
• Sociocultural activities
• Maintenance, etc.

The general objective of this facility is to provide beneficiaries with suitable, accessible and adapted housing that enables them to be as independent as possible and fosters community life and their social integration.

Over the past year the centre has supported 45 people, 75% of them men and 25% women, with an average age of 72.
