IP addresses

The website’s servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user.

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a server activity file, which allows the data to be processed afterwards solely to obtain statistics such as the number of page impressions, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

This website may redirect to content on third-party websites. Since the Data Controller cannot always control the content published by third parties on their websites, it accepts no liability for such content. In any event, the Data Controller will immediately remove any content that may breach national or international law, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.

The Data Controller is not responsible for the information and content stored, by way of example but not limited to, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the Data Controller’s website. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the Data Controller places itself at the disposal of all users, authorities and security forces, actively collaborating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any content that may affect or breach national or international law, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. If users consider that the website contains any content that may fall into this category, they are asked to notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it works correctly. In principle, it can be guaranteed to work correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the Data Controller does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, or of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website.

Data protection

The Data Controller is fully committed to complying with the data protection regulations in force and, in the context of the new regulatory framework established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the “GDPR”), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, the “LOPDGDD”).

The Data Controller also complies with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and will ask for your consent to the processing of your data for commercial purposes at all times.

Intellectual and industrial property

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the Data Controller or, where applicable, is used under licence or with the express authorisation of the authors.

All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

Regardless of its intended purpose, any total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing requires the prior written authorisation of the Data Controller. Any use not previously authorised by the Data Controller will be considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.

Designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the provider and may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. In any event, the Data Controller has their express prior authorisation.

For all images where the design software allows it, the corresponding references to authorship and licence have been included.

Any observation regarding possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any content of the website, may be made in writing or by email to the address given at the top of this notice.

SSL

The Data Controller has obtained an SSL (“Secure Sockets Layer”) certificate for its website.

An SSL certificate protects all personal and confidential information handled on a website, whatever information is being transmitted, for example from any of the website’s contact forms to the server, or the data entered to subscribe to newsletters or access protected areas, etc.
