INCLOU-T:Support service for labour inclusion pathways (Castellón)

This service is aimed at unemployed people in the city of Castellón who have difficulty accessing and using mainstream resources.

The aim is to facilitate the social and labour inclusion of participants by improving their employability, their capacity for self-management in job seeking and training, and their autonomy and ability to keep a job once they have found one.

Activities:

• Group intervention: Monographic workshops, Active job search groups and Training workshops in basic computer use.
• Individualised follow-up of the training and employment pathway.
• Contact with the business world.
