Therapeutic flat for dual diagnosis(Barcelona metropolitan area)
The Therapeutic Flat for people with Dual Diagnosis of Fundación Salud y Comunidad is a residential service with an educational and therapeutic approach, aimed at people with some form of substance and/or behavioural addiction who also have a mental health diagnosis. To address the particular needs of this population, we offer fully personalised treatment options. The service has the collaboration of the Directorate-General for Social Protection of the Department of Labour, Social Affairs and Families of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The service is located in Barcelona, in a well-connected urban area that makes it possible to establish contact with other care and community resources. An innovative feature of the project is the comprehensive care pathway it belongs to, made up of other mental health services run by the same organisation.
We offer different ways of engaging with the service depending on the needs of each person, encouraging community programmes with participatory methodologies and promoting the contribution and involvement of the community, with the aim of providing comprehensive support that helps them improve their quality of life and build new life plans.
