Link Jove: Comprehensive Care Programmefor At-Risk Young People and Families (Barcelona)

The programme, which has the support of the Diputación de Barcelona, takes a psycho-educational approach focused on increasing young people’s protective factors and conveying appropriate information on drugs. Groups of young people are offered a model of healthy values, attitudes and behaviours, as well as support throughout their life development process, geared towards social inclusion and strengthening emotional and social skills.

It is aimed at:

• Young people aged between 12 and 25, with the aim of facilitating the approach to any type of addiction and the resolution of behavioural conflicts.
• Families of young people with behavioural problems and/or drug abuse, offering them support and guidance in each particular case.
• Professionals in the socio-educational network who work directly or indirectly with young people.
