FSC Equality Plan

On 20 June 2023, the final meeting of the Negotiating Committee of the FSC Equality Plan (EP) 2023-2026 was held. All its members (26 people, 13 of them as legal representatives of the workforce) agreed and signed the document that sets out the guidelines and the measures agreed to be applied over the next four years. It reinforces the commitment to keep applying policies for equality between women and men at Fundación Salud y Comunidad.

FSC's track record and experience as an organisation in equality plans

  1. Since 2002, FSC has taken part in the project “Plans d’Igualtat a les empreses de la ciutat de Barcelona”, an initiative promoted by Barcelona City Council with a group of 16 organisations pioneering equality issues.

  2. 2002-2003

    Takes part in drawing up the “Guia de Criteris ètics per a la igualtat d’oportunitats”

  3. 2007

    FSC takes part in setting up the network “Xarxa d’Empreses per als Nous Usos Socials del Temps a la ciutat de Barcelona” (“Xarxa NUST”).

  4. Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March

    on effective equality of opportunities between women and men.

  5. 2009

    Barcelona City Council recognises FSC for being part of the “Xarxa NUST”

  6. 2011-2014

    FSC's Equal Opportunities Plan is drawn up and put in place. It has been updated every four years to date.

  7. 2012

    Barcelona City Council recognises FSC for being part of the “Xarxa NUST”

  8. 2022

    Work begins on the FSC EP 2023-2026, the first EP negotiated with the workers' legal representatives, who make up 50% of the 26-member Negotiating Committee of the FSC EP 2023-2026.

  9. 20-6-2023

    the whole Negotiating Committee approves and signs the FSC EP 2023-26, currently in force.

  1. January 2022

    CRITERIA, a consultancy specialising in equality, begins updating FSC's Equality Assessment to support the work of the future Negotiating Committee (NC) of the FSC EP 2023-2026

  2. 17-11-2022

    Founding meeting of the NC of the FSC EP 2023-2026.

  3. January 2023

    all FSC staff are invited to take part in a survey for the EP: 347 anonymous surveys are collected (77.03% women and 22.97% men)

  4. Documents approved by the NC: Anti-Harassment Protocol; Situation Assessment; Pay Audit; Proposed Measures for the EP; and FSC EP 2023-2026

  5. July 2023

    the FSC EP 2023-2026 is entered in the REGCON register.

  6. 29-9-2023

    First meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the FSC EP 2023-2026.
