Its ultimate goal is to help them <strong>regain the personal resources and skills they had before the crisis<\/strong> that will enable them once again to <strong>have decent and secure housing<\/strong>, beyond protected rental housing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To achieve these objectives, SEAFAS is structured around <strong>two key professional roles<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A <strong>social manager<\/strong> for each family, who together with the family defines the existing need for professional support and the shared action plan to turn existing weaknesses into strengths through:\n<ul>\n<li>Links with the community and the various services (social services, housing, health, mental health, legal services\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Developing skills to improve household budget management.<\/li>\n<li>Mediation between the family and the entity that owns the homes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>job placement manager<\/strong> for the jobseekers in each family unit, with the following services:\n<ul>\n<li>Personalised career guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Training in digital skills for job seeking.<\/li>\n<li>Referral to job offers.<\/li>\n<li>Referral to training offers.<\/li>\n<li>Tailored business prospecting.<\/li>\n<li>Business intermediation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since SEAFAS was launched in June 2016 we have supported around 3,087 families, 416 of which remained active in 2022, with an average of 11.6 support sessions for each family or household unit, both in person and online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SEAFAS <\/strong>is a service funded by <strong>SOGEVISO<\/strong> (SERVICIOS GESTI\u00d3N VIVIENDA
