The “Relleu” General Residential Care Home is a residential care resource located in the province of Alicante whose purpose is to care for children and adolescents in the child protection system of the Valencian Community.<\/p>\n

This residential care centre is an establishment providing comprehensive care of an educational nature for minors under the guardianship and\/or custody of the Generalitat who are deprived of a suitable family environment, and whose length of stay depends on what is determined in the administrative decision that led to their admission.<\/p>\n

The service, which has a large professional team made up of various professional profiles, with the educational team being the largest group, is characterised by an intervention aimed at the social and family integration of the minors based on individualised planning for each case, using a methodology based on the pedagogy of everyday life and complemented by a diverse range of action programmes geared towards normalisation, overall development and positive social integration in the community.<\/p>\n

In this way, and from an individualised perspective on each case, materialised in the planning and implementation of the PEI (Individualised Educational Project), the aim is to promote the fullest personal development and growth of the children and adolescents in their main dimensions, such as the intellectual, emotional, social and health dimensions, including an approach to diversity from an inclusive perspective.<\/p>\n

The “Relleu” General Residential Care Home has a maximum capacity of 10 places.<\/p>\n
