Accordingly, during 2024, technical, direct-care and management staff at the addiction treatment centres will be trained in the technical and digital knowledge required to successfully implement the IDEAS system and its virtual environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project is supported by the call for grants for activities and projects supporting innovation and knowledge transfer to organisations, professionals and volunteers in social intervention and social action (CONVO\u201924) of the <strong>Departament de Drets Socials de la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/strong> Its general objectives are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>To provide professionals in FSC\u2019s services and centres with the technical knowledge needed to successfully apply the IDEAS system in their daily practice, in order to improve the interventions carried out with service users and minimise failures and dropouts in the services.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out a pilot training test by putting the IDEAS programme into practice with the professional teams of FSC\u2019s addiction CTIs, developing, through its analysis, a methodology that can be applied to the organisation\u2019s other services and centres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The design and organisation of the training project comprises the following stages:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Assessment of FSC staff needs.<\/li>\n<li>Design of the training plan and of the training.<\/li>\n<li>Online training (familiarisation and first uses).<\/li>\n<li>In-person supervision (tests with volunteers and real cases).<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of results: conclusions and indicators set.<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up conclusions and improvements: final reflection, including on the methodology used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All training sessions will have three parts: (1) Introduction, recalling prior learning; (2) Development of activities; and (3) Evaluation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project incorporates in-person and online participatory methodologies with evaluative activities for training purposes. Usability supervisions of the IDEAS system will be carried out in person, and staff will be exposed to progressively more realistic situations as their skills improve. The system will first be tested among the staff themselves, then with volunteer service users and, finally, in routine contexts. The in-person supervisions focus on usability and the experience with IDEAS, as well as on ensuring Evidence-Based Practice (PBE, a model of professional practice in the field of health care; see: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/about\/policy\/psychological-practice-health-care.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>APA Guidelines on Evidence-Based Psychological Practice in Health Care<\/em><\/a>) while fostering proactivity and personal autonomy.
