Durant una visita a la resid\u00e8ncia p\u00fablica de gent gran de Carboneras de Guadaza\u00f3n, municipi de la prov\u00edncia de Conca, gestionada i dirigida per la Uni\u00f3 Temporal d&#8217;Empreses (UTE) conformada per la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC) i SERVEU, la consellera de Benestar Social, B\u00e1rbara Garc\u00eda Torijano, ha destacat que la prov\u00edncia de Conca resol els 0 que registra actualment la mitjana nacional, posant en relleu la qualitat assistencial i gran tasca que es realitza en aquest centre.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Aquest fet posa de manifest la import\u00e0ncia de comptar amb un equip professional qualificat i amb gran experi\u00e8ncia en latenci\u00f3 a persones grans. Amb una \u00e0mplia traject\u00f2ria en la gesti\u00f3 de serveis residencials, la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC) s&#8217;ha consolidat com una refer\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la gent gran, apostant per un model basat en la qualitat assistencial i l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 personalitzada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Durant la visita, la titular de Benestar Social ha anunciat una inversi\u00f3 superior a 2,2 milions d&#8217;euros per garantir la continu\u00eftat i modernitzaci\u00f3 de la resid\u00e8ncia p\u00fablica de gent gran de Carboneras de Guadaza\u00f3n. Del total, prop de 300.000 euros s&#8217;han destinat a la reforma de la cuina, els vestidors i els espais t\u00e8cnics, mentre que 1,9 milions d&#8217;euros asseguraran el funcionament del centre fins al setembre del 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00abDestinem 2,2 milions d&#8217;euros entre la reforma i el manteniment de la resid\u00e8ncia fins al setembre del 2027 per poder donar aquesta atenci\u00f3 que es mereixen. Amb objectius i compromisos com aquest, tenim la possibilitat de seguir treballant a la Llei de Depend\u00e8ncia i seguir sent la comunitat aut\u00f2noma que millor gestiona la depend\u00e8ncia\u00bb, ha assenyalat B\u00e1rbara Garc\u00eda Torijano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">La resid\u00e8ncia, que actualment t\u00e9 33 places ocupades, constitueix un recurs essencial perqu\u00e8 les persones grans puguin continuar vivint a prop de les seves fam\u00edlies i del seu entorn habitual, contribuint a m\u00e9s a mantenir ocupaci\u00f3 i activitat econ\u00f2mica en una zona afectada pel repte demogr\u00e0fic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">En aquest context, la tasca de la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat t\u00e9 especial rellev\u00e0ncia. La seva \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia en la gesti\u00f3 de centres i programes adre\u00e7ats a gent gran ha demostrat que \u00e9s possible combinar excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia professional i atenci\u00f3 humana, afavorint l&#8217;autonomia de les persones usu\u00e0ries i refor\u00e7ant els vincles amb la comunitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Cal assenyalar tamb\u00e9 que Castella-la Manxa lidera actualment la cobertura de places residencials amb finan\u00e7ament p\u00fablic a Espanya. Vuit de cada deu places compten amb algun tipus de finan\u00e7ament p\u00fablic. Aix\u00ed mateix, el pressupost destinat a depend\u00e8ncia ha crescut un 86% des del 2015, permetent que m\u00e9s de 10.000 persones s&#8217;hagin incorporat al sistema residencial amb finan\u00e7ament p\u00fablic del Govern regional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A la prov\u00edncia de Conca, la xarxa est\u00e0 integrada per 45 resid\u00e8ncies i m\u00e9s de 1.800 places amb finan\u00e7ament p\u00fablic, una infraestructura que continua enfortint-se mitjan\u00e7ant inversions i millores constants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Finalment, la consellera ha valorat positivament l\u201fanunci del Govern d\u201fEspanya sobre l\u201fincrement del finan\u00e7ament del Sistema per al\u201fAutonomia i Atenci\u00f3 a la Depend\u00e8ncia, assenyalant que permetr\u00e0 avan\u00e7ar cap a un model m\u00e9s equilibrat i sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">La combinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;inversi\u00f3 p\u00fablica, gesti\u00f3 eficient i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb entitats com la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat permet continuar construint un model de cures de qualitat, especialment necessari al medi rural, on garantir una atenci\u00f3 propera i
