Aquest programa se centra en la prevenci\u00f3 en temes de drogues i sexualitat, a trav\u00e9s de la realitzaci\u00f3 de cursos que s&#8217;imparteixen a diferents universitats del pa\u00eds, entre d&#8217;altres activitats.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">Vaig con\u00e8ixer el projecte a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un curs que oferien a la meva universitat. Les tem\u00e0tiques que treballa sempre m&#8217;han interessat i, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, estan molt relacionades amb el meu grau, Educaci\u00f3 Social. El curs d&#8217;EPF em va agradar molt\u00edssim, va confirmar una cosa que sempre he sabut, ja que m&#8217;agradaria dedicar-me a un \u00e0mbit semblant en el futur. A partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed, vaig voler continuar formant-me i em vaig acostar a parlar amb una de les organitzadores, que va ser qui em va proposar participar-hi com a volunt\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">\u00c9s important destacar tamb\u00e9 que, com a voluntaris\/\u00e0ries, rebem formaci\u00f3, abans de comen\u00e7ar en aquest projecte, realitzant pr\u00e8viament un curs especialitzat. No \u00e9s un voluntariat enfocat a intervenir directament amb col\u00b7lectius en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat, sin\u00f3 que treballem amb estudiants que estan realitzant la formaci\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2, haver realitzat el curs us d\u00f3na les eines necess\u00e0ries per poder acompanyar i aportar dins del projecte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">Pel que fa a les activitats que realitzo com a volunt\u00e0ria, a Lleida la meva funci\u00f3 est\u00e0 centrada a donar suport a la implementaci\u00f3 del programa a la universitat. Col\u00b7laboro en la difusi\u00f3 per captar participants per a futurs cursos, assisteixo a les sessions per aportar idees sobre possibles iniciatives i, en general, actuo com a enlla\u00e7 entre la universitat i el programa. Tamb\u00e9, informo les organitzadores sobre esdeveniments o aspectes del context universitari que poden influir en el desenvolupament del projecte. Aproximadament dedico a aquest voluntariat unes dues hores a la setmana, que \u00e9s el que sol durar cada sessi\u00f3 de formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">Gr\u00e0cies a la meva activitat de voluntariat al Projecte EPF, he apr\u00e8s a treballar temes de prevenci\u00f3 de forma propera, adaptats a persones joves. Tamb\u00e9 m&#8217;ha ajudat a deixar-me anar m\u00e9s a l&#8217;hora de participar, donar la meva opini\u00f3 i proposar idees dins d&#8217;un grup. A m\u00e9s, he ent\u00e8s millor com funcionen aquest tipus de projectes des de dins i tota la feina que hi ha al darrere, que des de fora moltes vegades no es veu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">Vull compartir tamb\u00e9 que considero que aquest tipus de projectes no s\u00f3n prou coneguts a la societat. Moltes vegades aquestes iniciatives es queden dins de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit universitari o nom\u00e9s arriben a un grup redu\u00eft de persones. Manca m\u00e9s difusi\u00f3 i<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">visibilitat, ja que treballen temes molt importants, com la prevenci\u00f3 en drogues i sexualitat, que afecten directament la poblaci\u00f3 jove i que haurien de tenir un abast m\u00e9s gran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">Finalment, vull dir que recomanaria aquest voluntariat a altres persones que s&#8217;ho estiguen pensant. \u00c9s una experi\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora, tant a nivell personal com professional. Et permet aprendre, implicar-te en un projecte real i con\u00e8ixer millor un \u00e0mbit on potser vulguis treballar en el futur. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s una bona oportunitat per guanyar experi\u00e8ncia i connectar amb persones que comparteixen els teus interessos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span
