PERSEO es desenvolupa des de l&#8217;any 2020, gr\u00e0cies al finan\u00e7ament per a la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats d&#8217;inter\u00e8s general considerades d&#8217;inter\u00e8s social, corresponents a la Secretaria d&#8217;Estat Drets Socials del Ministeri de Drets Socials, Consum i Agenda 2030 del Govern d&#8217;Espanya.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El premi es va atorgar, com a reconeixement, per la seva col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb persones participants del programa, en l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una eina digital d&#8217;autoconeixement anomenada M\u00e8tode Charlie, creada per l&#8217;entitat Associaci\u00f3 Generant Realitats, basada en la metodologia de gamificaci\u00f3 que, a trav\u00e9s del joc, ajuda a assolir objectius i superar reptes en la recerca de feina. Aquesta eina t\u00e9 implementada la Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial (IA), fet que possibilita un acompanyament de les persones, tant individualment com en grups, en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;autoindagaci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 permet posar valor als seus \u201csomnis\u201d, definir els seus objectius i elaborar un pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 que els condueixi a l&#8217;\u00e8xit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El programa PERSEO t\u00e9 un acord de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Generant Realitats per poder beneficiar persones de pr\u00e0cticament tot el territori nacional. Amb aquesta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, es pret\u00e9n que les persones derivades participants del programa, aconsegueixin el seu prop\u00f2sit d&#8217;assolir els seus objectius a la vida i, en particular, a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, incorporant-se al m\u00f3n laboral en aquest lloc de treball desitjat i buscat. \u00c9s un m\u00e8tode que s&#8217;adapta a qualsevol persona i col\u00b7lectiu, cobrint un ampli ventall de somnis (objectius) perqu\u00e8 sigui possible una transformaci\u00f3, canvi i reinvenci\u00f3, projectant les persones a tenir un pla de feina i de vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Entre els assistents a l&#8217;acte, hi havia la presidenta de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Generant Realitats; el director general de Serveis Socials i Integraci\u00f3 de la Comunitat de Madrid, la directora del Centre Cultural Municipal Casa de Vacas i la presidenta de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Innicia, a m\u00e9s de representants d&#8217;entitats com Transenxualia, Associaci\u00f3 Salva, Fundaci\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda de Llanos, Associaci\u00f3 Alicia i Guillem i Fundaci\u00f3 Eddy. Tamb\u00e9, participants que han realitzat el \u201cM\u00e8tode Charlie\u201d i que van expressar en primera persona els seus bons resultats i com els ha servit per superar reptes i aconseguir els seus objectius, no nom\u00e9s a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a altres de la vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Aquest reconeixement posa en valor la import\u00e0ncia del treball en xarxa que fem des del Programa PERSEO de FSC i ens motiva a continuar establint sin\u00e8rgies per cobrir les necessitats de les persones en situaci\u00f3 d\u201fexclusi\u00f3 i risc d\u201fexclusi\u00f3 social en el seu proc\u00e9s de millora de l\u201focupabilitat .<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un esdeveniment
