La Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC), com a entitat especialitzada en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de les drogodepend\u00e8ncies a nivell estatal, forma part activa de la UNAD i ha participat al document presentat en el tr\u00e0mit d&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia i informaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de l&#8217;avantprojecte de llei.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>La Xarxa dAtenci\u00f3 a les Addiccions ha demanat diverses mesures per reduir lexposici\u00f3 de menors dedat a les begudes alcoh\u00f2liques i, daquesta manera, afavorir la prevenci\u00f3 dels consums. L&#8217;entitat ha traslladat aquestes millores mitjan\u00e7ant el tr\u00e0mit d&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia i informaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de l&#8217;avantprojecte de llei de prevenci\u00f3 del consum d&#8217;alcohol i dels efectes que tenen en les persones menors d&#8217;edat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>UNAD defensa una legislaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s espec\u00edfica, per tal de prevenir el consum d&#8217;alcohol, a trav\u00e9s de restriccions concretes. Entre aquestes mesures, UNAD advoca per estendre les restriccions en la publicitat i promoci\u00f3 de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques a xarxes socials, aplicacions m\u00f2bils i altres plataformes digitals, aix\u00ed com mitjans dirigits a joves i esdeveniments esportius, en conjunt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>A m\u00e9s, en el context digital, l&#8217;entitat apunta tamb\u00e9 a la regulaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria de la promoci\u00f3 que puguin fer\u00a0<\/span><em><span>influencers<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0\u00a0i al control dels algorismes perqu\u00e8 els anuncis de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques no vagin dirigits a menors d&#8217;edat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Entre altres aportacions, la xarxa d&#8217;addiccions fa refer\u00e8ncia a m\u00e9s mesures com el fet que les administracions p\u00fabliques tinguin el comprom\u00eds de realitzar campanyes de conscienciaci\u00f3 sobre els riscos del consum i que part dels impostos especials que graven les begudes alcoh\u00f2liques financin campanyes de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i programes de salut p\u00fablica sobre els riscos de lalcohol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Aix\u00ed mateix, defensa diferents mecanismes que possibilitin la participaci\u00f3 social en la implementaci\u00f3 daquesta nova norma. En aquest sentit, UNAD apunta a la inclusi\u00f3 de la poblaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s jove en el proc\u00e9s de disseny, implementaci\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 de les pol\u00edtiques, de la mateixa manera que la societat civil organitzada pot exercir com a agent consultor i col\u00b7laborador a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;avaluar campanyes, crear i distribuir materials informatius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Les entitats que integren UNAD, entre les quals hi ha la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat, treballen a les \u00e0rees de prevenci\u00f3, tractament, reducci\u00f3 de riscos i danys i incorporaci\u00f3 social de les persones amb problemes d&#8217;addiccions i les seves fam\u00edlies. Durant l&#8217;any 2022, la xarxa ha at\u00e8s 263.608 persones. El servei de prevenci\u00f3 a les addiccions \u00e9s el servei m\u00e9s utilitzat amb m\u00e9s de 195.000 atencions.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UNAD, la Xarxa
