justify;\"><strong>D<span class=\"VIpgJd-yAWNEb-VIpgJd-fmcmS-sn54Q\">urant la nit del 7 de novembre passat, prop de 200 persones volunt\u00e0ries van rec\u00f3rrer els carrers d&#8217;Alacant per dur a terme un cens de persones sense sostre i actualitzar les dades recopilades el 2017, quan es va realitzar per primera vegada aquesta iniciativa.\u00a0<\/span>El recompte el van impulsar el Ministeri de Drets Socials i Agenda 2030 i l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Alacant.\u00a0L&#8217;objectiu va ser millorar el coneixement sobre el nombre i les caracter\u00edstiques de les persones sense llar a Alacant, completant les estad\u00edstiques oficials sobre sensellarisme.\u00a0En aquest segon recompte de persones sense llar, hi va participar voluntariat de diversos \u00e0mbits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>La Regidoria de Benestar Social de l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Alacant va valorar que requeriria ajuda per a la gesti\u00f3 de la jornada i, per aix\u00f2, va oferir un contracte de Servei de Suport a la gesti\u00f3 a Alacant del projecte de Recomptes Nocturns a diferents localitats d&#8217;Espanya, d&#8217;acord amb una guia metodol\u00f2gica comuna\u201d, convidant a presentar una oferta a tres entitats: Creu Roja Espanyola, C\u00e0ritas i la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat, i FSC \u00e9s l&#8217;entitat triada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El contracte va consistir en la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un m\u00ednim de 194 hores que finalment en van resultar 317, incloent-hi les tasques seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span>Suport a la valoraci\u00f3 del nombre de persones volunt\u00e0ries que es requerien, tant per al recompte de carrer, com de suport als centres d&#8217;allotjament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Proc\u00e9s de captaci\u00f3 del voluntariat: entre les diverses activitats, es van contemplar reunions de coordinaci\u00f3 amb entitats del tercer sector social o d&#8217;altres tipus, educatives o ve\u00efnals;\u00a0temps per respondre a dubtes plantejats per les persones interessades, tramesa de correus electr\u00f2nics, publicaci\u00f3 de continguts a xarxes socials o altres canals, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Realitzaci\u00f3 de cinc sessions formatives adre\u00e7ades al voluntariat, quatre presencials i una telem\u00e0tica (incloent-hi la preparaci\u00f3 de la convocat\u00f2ria \u2013 enviament de correus al voluntariat, suport en la recerca del lloc, etc.\u2013 aix\u00ed com la formaci\u00f3 en sentit estricte).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Identificaci\u00f3 de zones urbanes amb una alta concentraci\u00f3 de persones sense sostre, aix\u00ed com d&#8217;altres zones menys accessibles, on pogu\u00e9s ser necessari un acostament especialitzat o dotat d&#8217;un nombre m\u00e9s gran de persones volunt\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Organitzaci\u00f3 dels equips segons la divisi\u00f3 del terme municipal i elaboraci\u00f3 de<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>mapes amb les zones a rec\u00f3rrer ben delimitades.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Organitzaci\u00f3 dels preparatius materials del recompte nocturn (asseguran\u00e7a del voluntariat, borses d&#8217;avituallament, mapes i carpetes, reserva del lloc on es faria la convocat\u00f2ria la nit del recompte, organitzaci\u00f3 del voluntariat per grups, etc.) i supervisi\u00f3 de tot l&#8217;operatiu fins a la finalitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El centre d&#8217;operacions per a aquest dia va ser \u2013 de manera ininterrompuda \u2013 el Centre d&#8217;Acolliment i d&#8217;Inserci\u00f3 d&#8217;Alacant (CAI), de titularitat municipal, gestionat per FSC des del 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Pel que fa al voluntariat, va procedir de diversos \u00e0mbits, ja que l&#8217;activitat es va difondre a la Xarxa d&#8217;Entitats d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 a les Persones Sense Llar d&#8217;Alacant (REAPSHA).\u00a0Tamb\u00e9 hi va participar voluntariat de la Universitat d&#8217;Alacant, la Universitat Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez d&#8217;Elx (Alacant), els IES Figueras Pacheco i Gran Via, la Plataforma del Voluntariat d&#8217;Alacant, els Serveis Socials d&#8217;Alacant i els Col\u00b7legis Oficials de Treball Social i Infermeria, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Segons assenyala Rosa S\u00e1nchez, directora de projectes de l&#8217;\u00c0rea d&#8217;Inserci\u00f3 Social a Alacant, \u201cper a nosaltres va ser un veritable repte, el fet d&#8217;assumir la responsabilitat de mobilitzar la societat civil alacantina perqu\u00e8 rec\u00f3rrer tots els carrers del municipi la nit del 7 de novembre entre les 20.30 i les 00.30 hores.\u00a0El nostre objectiu era aconseguir 300 inscripcions de voluntariat per garantir -almenys- el mateix nombre de persones volunt\u00e0ries al carrer que el 2017 (que van ser un total de 182 persones) i en aquesta ocasi\u00f3 vam obtenir 302 inscripcions i 181 persones volunt\u00e0ries.\u00a0Els resultats han estat molt satisfactoris, aix\u00ed ens ho han traslladat les persones participants a la iniciativa\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El recompte es va realitzar a partir d&#8217;una metodologia comuna a nivell estatal, comptant amb la participaci\u00f3 de representants de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 municipal, auton\u00f2mica i central, aix\u00ed com de les entitats que treballen en aquest \u00e0mbit i les que han coordinat el treball portat a cap als recomptes nocturns ja realitzats, aix\u00ed com amb persones expertes de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit acad\u00e8mic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Segons mant\u00e9 Rosa S\u00e1nchez, una vegada concl\u00f2s el treball de camp, \u201ces va oferir, tant al voluntariat del recompte nocturn, com a les entitats locals participants, la possibilitat d&#8217;emplenar un q\u00fcestionari d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, per tal de con\u00e8ixer-ne el grau de satisfacci\u00f3 global i valoraci\u00f3 sobre diversos aspectes organitzatius i experiencials.\u00a0Aquests resultats els coneixerem en un mes aproximadament\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Aquests resultats tamb\u00e9 seran interessants per con\u00e8ixer els punts cr\u00edtics o aspectes millorables que cal tenir en compte, de cara a la realitzaci\u00f3 de futures edicions dels recomptes, per tal d&#8217;elaborar un informe d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 final.\u00a0Aquesta acci\u00f3 s&#8217;emmarca en l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia nacional de lluita contra el sensellarisme 2023-2030.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<hr Inclusives<\/span><\/b><span>\u00a0\u00a0de la\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b><span>Generalitat Valenciana<\/span><\/b><span> \u00a0a trav\u00e9s de la convocat\u00f2ria de subvencions per a projectes i
