meva experi\u00e8ncia com a volunt\u00e0ria al Projecte \u201cEn Plenes Facultats\u201d (EPF) de la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC) ha suposat una gran eina per enfrontar temes comuns i quotidians, sobretot en aquesta edat de jove adulta en qu\u00e8 em trobo, temes que moltes vegades passen a ser tab\u00fas o dif\u00edcils de tractar amb naturalitat.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Habitualment, en el projecte es dissenyen i duen a terme activitats preventives als campus universitaris, per\u00f2 en aquest cas en concret, la presencialitat es va combinar amb sessions en l\u00ednia, realitzant les persones participants una campanya digital com a projecte final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>La idea del curs, impartit durant la primera setmana de febrer d&#8217;aquest any al campus de la Universitat Carles III de Madrid (UC3M), va ser fomentar i fer arribar l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;informacions responsables i de qualitat en temes de drogues i sexualitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>La part te\u00f2rica es va centrar principalment a explicar q\u00fcestions b\u00e0siques relatives a aquests continguts ia resoldre dubtes o destapar mites\u2026 Es tracta de mites sobre q\u00fcestions en qu\u00e8 persones generalment estem massa cohibides per preguntar des de la sinceritat, la curiositat i les ganes de formar-nos .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El recorregut va ser variat: tipus de subst\u00e0ncies, modalitats concretes (i recentment classificades) de trobades sexuals, h\u00e0bits de m\u00e9s risc, problem\u00e0tiques comunes, noves identitats i models de prevenci\u00f3 i cures.\u00a0El contingut es va impartir amb total naturalitat i, sobretot, amb una immensa escolta activa i sense prejudicis per part de les ponents, cosa que va fer que per als qui \u00e9rem a l&#8217;aula fos tamb\u00e9 un espai segur i de confian\u00e7a.\u00a0A m\u00e9s, durant les sessions, van tenir lloc algunes activitats, en qu\u00e8 les persones volunt\u00e0ries tamb\u00e9 hi vam participar, vam donar la nostra opini\u00f3 o vam influir en all\u00f2 impartit, a trav\u00e9s de din\u00e0miques de grup actives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Si b\u00e9 les activitats van ser \u00e0gils i divertides, per mi la part m\u00e9s interessant del curs va ser realitzar el projecte final.\u00a0En el disseny de la campanya preventiva digital vam tenir total llibertat per tractar el tema que m\u00e9s interessant ens hagu\u00e9s semblat o que m\u00e9s ens hagu\u00e9s cridat latenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Hi va haver grans idees com anuncis promocionals per a plataformes com YouTube i v\u00eddeos curts com els que es difonen a TikTok, en qu\u00e8 el contingut sol ser am\u00e8.\u00a0En el meu cas, vaig fer una campanya, juntament amb una companya, en qu\u00e8 vam dissenyar cartells amb esl\u00f2gans curts i cridaners que feien refer\u00e8ncia al tema de sexualitats, en concret a la ind\u00fastria pornogr\u00e0fica i els seus perills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>A la part baixa del cartell, a m\u00e9s del logotip d&#8217;EPF i de la universitat, hi havia un codi QR escanejable que portava directament a un dels episodis de podcast pujats a la plataforma de podcast iVoox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Com a conclusi\u00f3 final i des de la meva pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia, l&#8217;important en aquest tipus de projectes \u00e9s generar una discussi\u00f3 al final i que el tema \u201ces posi realment damunt la taula\u201d perqu\u00e8, cada cop, a les converses hi hagi menys tab\u00fas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>L&#8217;objectiu amb aquest treball va ser cridar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de tota mena de persones, ja fossin oients que tenen la possibilitat de canviar segons quines realitats de les que formen part o persones interessades en el tema que poguessin compartir o no l&#8217;opini\u00f3 que es donava al mateix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>A m\u00e9s, el podcast va ser una conversa entre quatre joves universit\u00e0ries, mentre f\u00e8iem un trajecte amb cotxe, ofert a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un format diferents i aconseguint que el contingut no nom\u00e9s fos interessant, sin\u00f3 que les opinions tamb\u00e9 fossin accessibles, familiars i \u00fatils a altres
