justify;\"><strong>Durant aquest any, s&#8217;ha dut a terme una millora i el condicionament d&#8217;espais als centres d&#8217;Intervenci\u00f3 de Baixa Exig\u00e8ncia (CIBE) de Val\u00e8ncia i Castell\u00f3 de la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC), amb el suport dels fons europeus Next Generation EU.\u00a0La subvenci\u00f3 rebuda en conjunt ha perm\u00e8s fer millores en els set recursos habitacionals (tres centres de reducci\u00f3 de danys, dos habitatges d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 i dues comunitats terap\u00e8utiques) que gestiona la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat en tres comunitats aut\u00f2nomes;\u00a0a Catalunya, a la Comunitat Valenciana ia Madrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<strong>Centre d&#8217;Intervenci\u00f3 de Baixa Exig\u00e8ncia (CIBE) de Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong>\u00a0de la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC) est\u00e0 situat en una nau industrial de la ciutat, concretament al barri de Safranar.\u00a0L&#8217;espai on es desenvolupa el programa est\u00e0 dividit en tres zones: emmagatzematge, administraci\u00f3 i zona d&#8217;\u00fas, adre\u00e7ada als usuaris que utilitzen els nostres serveis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El fet de tractar-se d&#8217;una nau, ens ha perm\u00e8s poder crear els espais d&#8217;acord amb les nostres necessitats, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 ens n&#8217;ha exigit un esfor\u00e7 d&#8217;acondicionament, quant als sistemes de ventilaci\u00f3 (fred\/calor), a\u00efllaments, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per aix\u00f2, la subvenci\u00f3 rebuda per part dels fons europeus Next Generation EU ens ha perm\u00e8s:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Condicionament d&#8217;espais:\n<ul>\n<li>S&#8217;ha posat terra a les zones d&#8217;entrada, passad\u00eds i habitacions destinades al descans de les persones que fan \u00fas del programa.\u00a0Fins ara, el terra era una base de ciment pintat que estava molt deteriorada, de manera que aix\u00f2 ha perm\u00e8s millorar l&#8217;a\u00efllament i fer una neteja en millors condicions.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;han condicionat dues dutxes als banys d&#8217;\u00fas de les persones que acudeixen al nostre programa.\u00a0Hem millorat el desgu\u00e0s de les mateixes, cosa que ha comportat una millora en la higiene dels banys, en evitar el desbordament de les dutxes.<\/li>\n<li>Millora de les arquetes de desgu\u00e0s de la recollida daig\u00fces de la teulada i dun bany.\u00a0Aquestes arquetes es desbordaven amb facilitat a les pluges torrencials, de manera que aquesta millora ens ha perm\u00e8s garantir una bona evacuaci\u00f3 de les aig\u00fces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;aerot\u00e8rmia i sistemes de millora de ventilaci\u00f3 i refrigeraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com que est\u00e0 ubicat el CIBE de Val\u00e8ncia en una nau industrial constru\u00efda fa m\u00e9s de 40 anys, \u201caix\u00f2 ens ha complicat el fet de tenir una bona climatitzaci\u00f3, tant a l&#8217;hivern com a l&#8217;estiu, ja que la inversi\u00f3 en aire condicionat \u00e9s alta i el cost energ\u00e8tic tamb\u00e9.\u00a0L&#8217;aerot\u00e8rmia ens ha suposat corregir aquesta dificultat, millorant les condicions de treball i d&#8217;estada de les persones ateses, afegint-hi el plus d&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua calenta per a les dutxes i tot plegat, amb un cost energ\u00e8tic sensiblement inferior al que fins ara ten\u00edem\u201d, explica Isabel Alarc\u00f3n, directora del servei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A tot aix\u00f2, \u201cmitjan\u00e7ant aquests fons, hem adquirit a m\u00e9s un bagul congelador d&#8217;alta efic\u00e0cia energ\u00e8tica.\u00a0El CIBE recull donacions d&#8217;aliments que cal conservar fins a l&#8217;\u00fas, els congeladors que tenim s\u00f3n antics i tenen un consum energ\u00e8tic alt, l&#8217;adquirit \u00e9s categoria AAA+++.\u00a0Aix\u00ed mateix, s&#8217;ha millorat la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica, sectoritzant la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, cosa que ens permetr\u00e0 control de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 regulant-ne l&#8217;\u00fas, segons la necessitat.\u00a0Volem destacar tamb\u00e9 que a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s principal a la nau hi ha el cartell on es recull la subvenci\u00f3 dels fons Next Generation 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el cas del\u00a0<strong>Centre d&#8217;Intervenci\u00f3 de Baixa Exig\u00e8ncia (CIBE) de Castell\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0de la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC), com a centre de reducci\u00f3 de danys i els seus habitatges associats, s&#8217;han pogut fer unes millores estructurals importants, gr\u00e0cies als fons europeus Next Generation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquesta ajuda, s&#8217;han dut a terme diverses actuacions per al condicionament i la millora dels dos serveis:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al CIBE Castell\u00f3, situat en una casa de dues plantes a l&#8217;oest de la ciutat, aquestes actuacions han repercutit a:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Millorar l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica a trav\u00e9s de fonts renovables mitjan\u00e7ant una nova instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 fotovoltaica.<\/li>\n<li>La renovaci\u00f3 del sistema calefacci\u00f3 i a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic, millorant de manera important la seva efici\u00e8ncia i la confortabilitat dels espais: nova caldera d&#8217;alta efici\u00e8ncia, substituci\u00f3 i instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de finestres.<\/li>\n<li>La millora de laccessibilitat i el condicionament despais;\u00a0en aquest sentit, les actuacions han estat \u00e0mplies, destacant:\n<ul>\n<li>La connexi\u00f3 del centre al clavegueram general i l&#8217;anul\u00b7laci\u00f3 de fossa s\u00e8ptica.<\/li>\n<li>La solera de formig\u00f3 per facilitar lacc\u00e9s amb vorejat en forma de jard\u00ed japon\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>La instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de portes per als banys adaptades.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;arranjament d&#8217;humitats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D&#8217;altra banda, tal com assenyala Bel\u00e9n S\u00e1nchez, directora del CIBE de Castell\u00f3, als habitatges complementaris al centre, com a servei residencial per a persones drogodependents en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social, s&#8217;han realitzat tamb\u00e9 diverses actuacions per al seu condicionament i millora, entre les quals destaquem:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La renovaci\u00f3 i la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de dos aparells d&#8217;aire condicionat d&#8217;alta efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica.<\/li>\n<li>La instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 del sistema de calefacci\u00f3 als tres habitatges.<\/li>\n<li>La renovaci\u00f3 i la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;electrodom\u00e8stics d&#8217;alta efici\u00e8ncia per a estalvi energ\u00e8tic.<\/li>\n<li>La renovaci\u00f3 i instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 en LED als 3 habitatges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot aix\u00f2 ha repercutit en una atenci\u00f3 millor a les persones usu\u00e0ries d&#8217;aquests serveis.\u00a0En not\u00edcies successives, s&#8217;aniran detallant totes les millores realitzades, gr\u00e0cies als fons europeus Next Generation EU.<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full
