d&#8217;Intervenci\u00f3 de Baixa Exig\u00e8ncia (CIBE) de Val\u00e8ncia, gestionat per la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC), ha rebut el suport de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia en la convocat\u00f2ria d&#8217;ajudes destinades a el manteniment i desenvolupament de projectes espec\u00edfics de mancomunitats i entitats privades d&#8217;acci\u00f3 social en l&#8217;exercici 2021, un any en el qual continuem assumint grans reptes i atenent als que m\u00e9s ho necessiten.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Aquesta aportaci\u00f3, juntament amb la resta de subvencions de la Generalitat Valenciana, ens permet poder seguir atenent a un col\u00b7lectiu de persones en exclusi\u00f3 social severa, amb problemes d&#8217;addiccions i en gran part, amb altres patologies (f\u00edsiques i ps\u00edquiques) afegides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Cal assenyalar que, durant els set primers mesos de l&#8217;enguany, hem realitzat m\u00e9s de 16.000 intervencions amb una mitjana d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria a 112 persones diferents.\u00a0Les atencions s&#8217;han realitzat a la unitat m\u00f2bil que es despla\u00e7a per diferents barris de la ciutat de Val\u00e8ncia (Velluters, Fontsanta, Mar\u00edtim) i en el nostre centre fix, ubicat al barri de Patraix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Alguns resultats a destacar s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span>En total, s&#8217;ha at\u00e8s a 901 persones diferents, el 27% dones (243) i el 73% homes (658).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>S&#8217;han realitzat 31.804 accions d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, 1.300 serveis de dutxa, 630 serveis de bugaderia, la distribuci\u00f3 de 314 peces de roba, aix\u00ed com 710 intervencions psicol\u00f2giques, 1.657 de treball social i 2.402 sanit\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Entre altres prestacions realitzades, destaquen m\u00e9s de 1.000 serveis de descans, m\u00e9s de 250 proves r\u00e0pides de detecci\u00f3 de VIH &#8211; VHC, aix\u00ed com 41 derivacions a tractament de la patologia addictiva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>El perfil d&#8217;usuari\/a correspon a persones amb consums problem\u00e0tics de drogues, en la seva gran majoria politoxic\u00f2mans\/es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Pel que fa a la subst\u00e0ncia principal consumida, el 12% presenta una addicci\u00f3 a l&#8217;alcohol, el 40% a la base de coca\u00efna, 15% a la coca\u00efna clorhidrat, el 28% a l&#8217;hero\u00efna i la resta a altres subst\u00e0ncies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>El 29% de les persones ateses s\u00f3n positives a VHC i el 14% positives a VIH.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>A el menys, el 9% presenta una discapacitat reconeguda de m\u00e9s de l&#8217;33%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Un 62% de les persones usu\u00e0ries ateses, es troba dins del que es defineix com a persones sense llar, segons la classificaci\u00f3 ETHOS, i entre elles, el 26% est\u00e0 pernoctant al carrer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Cal destacar que el 39% de les persones ateses presenten comorbiditat psiqui\u00e0trica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Donada la complexitat de l&#8217;perfil at\u00e8s al CIBE de Val\u00e8ncia i les accions realitzades durant aquest any 2021, considerem molt important posar en valor aquestes subvencions, com en el cas que ens ocupa, per part de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Aquestes subvencions ens permeten seguir intervenint en aquest servei, en el que vam iniciar el nostre treball en l&#8217;any 2002, amb un col\u00b7lectiu que presenta una acusada complexitat i unes mancances que l&#8217;actual pand\u00e8mia ha sobredimensionat, fent m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil l&#8217;acc\u00e9s als recursos de protecci\u00f3 i ajuda que
