style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>La Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat (FSC) ha tornat a ser reconeguda com a entitat socialment responsable pel Programa labora, projecte de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bel principal objectiu \u00e9s treballar per fomentar l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 i la millora competencial de les persones que es troben en situaci\u00f3 de risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social i que estan sent ateses pels centres de serveis socials (CSS) de la ciutat comtal.\u00a0Des de la nostra entitat, ens sentim molt satisfets per aquest reconeixement que es fa a la nostra tasca per cinqu\u00e8 any consecutiu.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>FSC forma part de el Programa labora com a entitat membre des 2016, concretament a l&#8217;\u00e0rea de prospecci\u00f3 d&#8217;empreses, la tasca principal \u00e9s la de sumar empreses col\u00b7laboradores per generar oportunitats d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 de les persones participants de labora que conformen la borsa de candidats i candidates.\u00a0<\/span><em>\u00a0<\/em><span>D&#8217;aquesta manera, estem contribuint a reduir la situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat, a trav\u00e9s de la incorporaci\u00f3 a la feina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Com cada any, llevat de 2020 per causes excepcionals vinculades a la situaci\u00f3 de pand\u00e8mia en qu\u00e8 ens trobem, el Programa labora ha celebrat el seu I Jornada de Networking, si b\u00e9, aquest any, s&#8217;ha realitzat per primera vegada en format virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>La trobada, realitzat el passat 11 de juny, va constar de dues parts: d&#8217;una banda, l&#8217;anomenat Espai de Networking, en el qual 48 empreses van dur a terme entrevistes de selecci\u00f3 en format d&#8217;entrevistes r\u00e0pides (\u00a0<\/span><em><span>speed dating)<\/span><\/em><span> per con\u00e8ixer als i les participants de labora, amb l&#8217;objectiu de ser valorats com a futurs candidats\/es, at\u00e8s que els seus perfils professionals encaixen amb les demandes que han presentat les empreses participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>D&#8217;altra banda, es va realitzar un acte institucional, en qu\u00e8 es va recon\u00e8ixer p\u00fablicament a les empreses i entitats socialment responsables, donada la seva estreta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i vincle amb el Programa labora.\u00a0\u00c9s el cas de la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Cal destacar que, a nivell organitzatiu, va suposar convocar m\u00e9s de 200 persones, repte que es va assolir gr\u00e0cies a la coordinaci\u00f3 entre les diverses \u00e0rees de labora, sobretot des de l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 i capacitaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Per a la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta primera Jornada de Networking Virtual de labora, es va utilitzar la plataforma Virbela, gestionada per l&#8217;empresa Walcon.\u00a0La plataforma va permetre recrear un entorn virtual el m\u00e9s semblant possible a la realitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia va suposar a les persones, entitats i empreses participants, posar en pr\u00e0ctica les compet\u00e8ncies digitals i apropar-se, d&#8217;aquesta manera, a l&#8217;anomenada ind\u00fastria 4.0.\u00a0Tamb\u00e9, seguir desenvolupant accions que ofereixin oportunitats reals d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 a les persones que conformen la borsa de candidatures de el Programa labora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>D&#8217;aquesta manera, des de FSC, seguim adaptant-nos als nous escenaris que han sorgit, fruit de la situaci\u00f3 de pand\u00e8mia pel COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-21261\"
