Es tracta d&#8217;un centre concertat, integrat al Sistema P\u00fablic Valenci\u00e0 de Serveis Socials. S&#8217;inicia el 2018 i s&#8217;emmarca dins la filosofia coneguda com a housing first que preconitza la idone\u00eftat de proveir d&#8217;una llar aquelles persones que no en tenen per dignificar les seves condicions de vida i situar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;habitatge com un dret.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S&#8217;adre\u00e7a a persones en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 residencial i amb una llarga traject\u00f2ria de consum de drogues i que presenten altres patologies que amplifiquen el risc vital.\u00a0<strong>Una de les caracter\u00edstiques m\u00e9s interessants en relaci\u00f3 amb la majoria dels recursos existents \u00e9s que estar en consum actiu\u00a0<u>no \u00e9s criteri d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 per participar-hi<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La metodologia de treball s&#8217;organitza des de la demanda de les persones participants, atenent les necessitats i respectant les eleccions i els temps.\u00a0L&#8217;acompanyament, el reconeixement de l&#8217;autonomia, la proximitat i l&#8217;enlla\u00e7 s\u00f3n aspectes clau de l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 professional.\u00a0L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s la millora i la recuperaci\u00f3 de la persona participant des d&#8217;una perspectiva d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 social i participaci\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria.\u00a0A mitj\u00e0 termini es pret\u00e9n facilitar que pugui mantenir un habitatge sense el suport espec\u00edfic del recurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest projecte es va iniciar gr\u00e0cies a la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant conveni amb l&#8217;Ajuntament de Castell\u00f3, i amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la Vicepresid\u00e8ncia Segona i Conselleria de Serveis Socials, Igualtat i Habitatge mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;Assignaci\u00f3 Tribut\u00e0ria de l&#8217;IRPF per a fins socials. <strong>Des de novembre de 2021, La Llar Primer passa a ser una agrupaci\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatges concertats integrats al Sistema P\u00fablic Valenci\u00e0 de Serveis Socials.\u00a0<\/strong>Els habitatges estan acreditats per la Vicepresid\u00e8ncia Segona i Conselleria de Serveis Socials, Igualtat i Habitatge i estan gestionats per la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat. S&#8217;ubiquen al municipi de Castell\u00f3 de la Plana i actualment consta de tres habitatges, oferint un total de 6 places.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 91.5502%;\"
