L&#8217;estudi es va fer dins del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del nou <strong>Pla d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 sobre Drogues de Barcelona<\/strong>, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;incorporar la veu de les persones usu\u00e0ries a la planificaci\u00f3 dels serveis. El signen Fran Calvo, Catrina Clotas, Amaia Garrido, Xavier Ferrer, Daniel Urbina i Montse Bartroli, de la Universitat de Girona, l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de Barcelona, la Universitat Pompeu Fabra, l&#8217;IIB Sant Pau, la Universitat de Barcelona i la Fundaci\u00f3 Salut i Comunitat.<\/p>\n<p>Es va fer servir un disseny qualitatiu descriptiu amb <strong>cinc grups focals<\/strong> (tres amb dones i dos amb homes) i <strong>37 participants<\/strong> de serveis ambulatoris i residencials. Les dades es van analitzar mitjan\u00e7ant an\u00e0lisi tem\u00e0tica de contingut.<\/p>\n<p>Principals resultats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moltes persones van iniciar el tractament en un moment de <strong>crisi personal<\/strong> i, sobretot, per iniciativa pr\u00f2pia. Les llistes d&#8217;espera per a recursos residencials i el cost dels tractaments privats actuen com a barreres d&#8217;acc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Les dones van descriure <strong>incomoditat i inseguretat als entorns mixtos<\/strong>, amb exposici\u00f3 a conductes agressives, i majors dificultats per les responsabilitats de cura. Sovint arribaven al tractament derivades des de serveis socials o de protecci\u00f3 a la inf\u00e0ncia i hi acudien soles, mentre que els homes solien anar acompanyats per la seva fam\u00edlia.<\/li>\n<li>Es percep un <strong>estigma social i familiar<\/strong> generalitzat, que afecta de manera desproporcionada les dones.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;<strong>ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong> es considera essencial per a la recuperaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 els programes solen desaconsellar el contacte amb els entorns anteriors, inclosos els que ofereixen oportunitats laborals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les persones participants recomanen m\u00e9s places residencials, especialment per a dones, ampliar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 d&#8217;urg\u00e8ncia, millorar la coordinaci\u00f3 entre serveis, formar en addiccions els professionals de medicina general i adoptar enfocaments sensibles al g\u00e8nere.
